Kentucky Derby and Horse Racing at The Downey Profile®

Panel to Discuss Breeders' Cup Experience

Breeders’ Cup and the University of Kentucky’s Horse Racing Club will host a panel discussion about what it’s like to plan and participate in the Breeders' Cup World Championships.
Panelists will include: Craig Fravel, Breeders’ Cup President and CEO; Carl Nafzger, Breeders’ Cup Classic and two-time Kentucky Derby winning trainer; and Pat Day, 12-time Breeders’ Cup winning jockey.

The event, set for Oct. 18 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., will be moderated by Horse Racing Radio Network’s  Mike Penna.

Members and guests of the University of Kentucky Horse Racing Club are invited to attend. The Breeders’ Cup plans to give each student in attendance a ticket to Championship Friday’s races.

The event will be held at the College of Agriculture Seay Auditorium at 1100 South Limestone Street in Lexington. Free parking is available in the lot off of Cooper Drive.
