Caleb Posses Breezes for Sprint--or Dirt Mile

At Keeneland today, Grade I King's Bishop winner Caleb’s Posse breezed five furlongs in 1:02.00 in his first workout since finishing third in the Indiana Derby.

With exercise rider David Contreras up, Caleb's Posse was clocked in fractions of :25.80, :38.20, :50.20 and out six furlongs in 1:16. Winner of three graded stakes this year, Caleb’s Posse is being pointed to the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile or Sprint. Donnie Von Hemel trains Caleb’s Posse.
