Sunday's Update Highlights

2/10/2013

Highlights from updates to our Looking Good, Worth Watching and Just In Case pages. Refer to those pages for details.

Tim Ice's BROWN ALMIGHTY (Just In Case) Saturday put in his final serious work for the Southwest, five in 1:00.40 (2/71) at OP.

Rick Violette's CARRIED INTEREST (Just In Case) Saturday continued working toward his first start since Sept. 30, five in 1:00.40 (3/25) at PMM.

Ken McPeek's FRAC DADDY (Worth Watching) Saturday worked for the first time since the Holy Bull. He tweeted, "Frac foot seems fine. Workout two more times and find a good spot for him."

Danele Durham's TEXAS BLING (Just In Case) Saturday breezed five in 1:02.60 (36/71) at OP. She said, “This was an excellent work. I think that this will be his final prep for the Southwest. We just asked him to go out there and stretch his legs. He’ll be ready to go. Time wise, it was kind of consistent with what we did last week. I told Cliff I didn’t want to leave our race out there on the track.”

Wayne Lukas' TITLETOWN FIVE (Just In Case) yesterday worked the second time off his layoff, four in :48.20 (2/61) at OP.

Added Miracle Wood winner DYNAMIC STRIKE and allowance winner PARK CITY to Just In Case.

Deleted LITTLE DISTORTED and VEGAS NO SHOW from Worth Watching. Little Distorted up the track in the Park City allowance race. Vegas No Show a no show as the favorite in the Miracle Wood.
