Rick Violette on the return to the races Sunday at Gulfstream Park of CARRIED INTEREST (Just In Case): “He’s very talented, but developed sore shins that became chronic.We kept going for a while but finally just decided to stop on him and give him plenty of time. He’s doing well. He’s very fast, but there is some other speed in the race. We’ll just see how it develops.”

Al Stall Jr.'s DEPARTING (Worth Watching) is officially out of the Risen Start and will race next on March 2 in the $50,000 Texas Heritage Stakes at Sam Houston going a two-turn mile. Also scratched from the Risen Star are HE'S HAD ENOUGH (Worth Watching, going in Fountain of Youth and SUNBEAN (Worth Watching).

Richard Small's DYNAMIC STRIKE (Just In Case) Friday worked 13 days after winning the Miracle Wood, four in :49.60 (6/37) at LRL.

Doug O'Neill's GOLDENCENTS (Looking Good) Friday did a major piece of work toward the March 9 San Felipe, a bullet six in 1:10.40 (1/19) at SA.

Kiaran McLaughlin's ELNAAWI (Just In Case) Friday breezing right along, five on the training track in 1:03.00 (8/22) at BEL.

Dominick Schettino's ESCAPEFROMREALITY (Just In Case) Friday breezed a bullet toward the Gotham, five on the training track in 1:01.00 (1/22) at BEL.

Jerry Hollendorfer's HEAR THE GHOST (Just In Case) Friday worked for the fifth time since he was second in the San Pedro, seven in 1:26.00 (1/1) at BHP.

Mark Casse's SKY CAPTAIN (Worth Watching) is scratched from the Fountain of Youth.

Paul Aguirre's TIZ A MINISTER (Just In Case) Friday worked for the third time since winning the Cal Breeders' Chship, six in 1:14.40 (7/12) at BHP.
